Lachung hotel tariff: seasonal rates
What a room costs at Floret, by date, and when the resort is closed.
In short: rates are per room per occupied night and change by exact date. The published 2026–2027 calendar includes off, mid and peak seasons, plus winter and monsoon closing periods. Dates outside the configured ranges require confirmation from the reservations desk.

Rates are for the room, not per person, and exclude GST, other taxes and meal plans. If your stay crosses a season boundary, each occupied night is charged at that night's rate and check-out is not charged.
When the resort is closed
Floret does not take stays in these confirmed 2027 windows:
- 01 February – 10 March 2027. Yearly Winter Closing.
- 01 July – 15 September 2027. Yearly Monsoon Closing.
If any occupied night falls inside one of these windows, the selected stay is unavailable. These closures apply only to the exact 2027 dates shown and are not configured as recurring annual rules.
How booking works
There is no online payment step on this site. Rooms are confirmed directly with the reservations desk by phone or WhatsApp, which is also where you confirm meal arrangements, the number of rooms, and anything you need for the North Sikkim permit.
Check-in is from 12:00. Check-out is by 11:00.
Frequently asked questions
Are these rates per person or per room?
Per room, per night, in Indian rupees. The published figure is the price of the room for that night, not a per-head charge, and it excludes taxes and meal charges. Family rooms, which have two double beds, are also priced per room. Ask the reservations desk about extra-guest arrangements when you enquire.
Why is there no rate for May or June?
The supplied calendar does not configure a tariff from 16 April through 30 June 2027. The confirmed monsoon closing begins on 01 July 2027. Contact the reservations desk rather than assuming a rate or availability for an unconfigured date.
What happens if my stay crosses a season change?
Each occupied night is charged at the rate for that date, so a stay that begins on 15 October and ends on 17 October pays the off-season rate for the first night and the Durga Puja peak rate for the second. The check-out date is not charged.
Do the rates include meals?
No. The published room tariffs do not include a meal plan, GST or other taxes. Meals are charged separately.
